Survey on researchers and lecturers at the University of Geneva – 2019 (in french)
Survey on the perceptions of working conditions and their impact on health. The results shed light on a number of difficulties encountered by the CCER. A large majority of the population interviewed mentioned a lack of time to carry out the tasks requested and specifications that did not correspond to reality. In addition to this overload, there are a number of other issues: almost a third of respondents do not feel valued in their work, and about a quarter of respondents do not see the University as a place to develop their skills. The social environment (colleagues and hierarchy) is generally perceived positively.
