Enquête CCER Université de Genève 2021Conditions de travail et de carrière du corps intermédiaire à l’Université de Genève
During the summer of 2021, the University of Geneva (UNIGE) conducted an in-depth survey on the working and career conditions of teaching and research staff (CCER). The results highlighted areas of satisfaction as well as several issues. The UNIGE survey was developed by the Rectorate after consulting with members of the CCER representative association ACCORDER, the University Assembly, the Staff Committee, and two human resources management experts. It is based on a questionnaire comprising three distinct parts. The first part, which is very short, focuses on the career ambitions of CCER members and the attractiveness of CCER positions at UNIGE; the second part explores seven themes related to the professional environment; the third part seeks to objectively assess the risks impacting academic career development. The survey received 772 responses (20% of the target audience) to the short questionnaire and 542 to the full questionnaire. The distribution of respondents across the various faculties and centers accurately reflects their respective weights.
